Angola And Germany Partner To Deliver 62,250 Solar Home Systems, Transforming Rural Electrification
11 September 2024 - The Angolan government, represented by Mr. Serafim da Silveira, National Director of Renewable Energy and Rural Electrification (DNERER), has signed a significant contract with Mrs. Christiane Kragh, Managing Director of the German company Off-Grid Europe. The agreement, authorized by Angola’s Minister of Energy and Water, Mr. João Baptista Borges, involves the supply of 62,250 solar home systems to enhance the country’s renewable energy infrastructure.

ProMarks and Trafigura sign a memorandum of understanding with the Angolan government
5 July 2024 -ProMarks, an international engineering company specializing in the energy sector, and Trafigura, a global leader in the commodities industry, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with the Government of Angola. The MOU is for conducting a technical and economic feasibility study to develop a Public-Private Partnership model for implementing a regional energy transportation and supply project.

5 July 2024 - Luanda- Sonangol and the German companies Gauff and Conjuncta signed Wednesday, in Berlin, a MOU to enable the materialization of the Green Hydrogen project, whose first shipments heading to the european country are expected to occur in 2024.
