In Angola, the Ministry of Health's National Institute in the Fight against AIDS (INLS) works hard to ensure that there is enough HIV medication in health facilities where people living with HIV receive treatment.

6 June 2024- After Angola identified imported poliovirus cases from neighboring countries, efforts to combat polio intensified in the Lóvua refugee settlement. The Angolan Ministry of Health, supported by the WHO, UNICEF, and other partners, launched a polio vaccination campaign.
